I will help you navigate life's challenges and work towards achieving your own emotional goals.

Grief, Bereavement, End-of-Life and Navigating Loss
Are you feeling overwhelmed by grief, searching for meaning after a significant loss, or facing the daunting journey of end-of-life planning?
I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your emotions, honour your experiences, and rebuild your inner resilience.
I understand that grief is not just about death; it is the profound impact of loss on your life, identity, and future. I help individuals navigate the complex emotions of emptiness, anger, and loss.

I believe in a person-centred, integrative approach—meaning I tailor my support to your unique needs.

Individual Counselling
Whether you already have experience of counselling or this is your first step, it can take a lot of courage – Welcome to a space where you can feel safe and supported.
• I’m here to listen without judgement – every part of you is welcome
• You deserve to be heard with empathy – I will do my best to “stand in your shoes” and try to understand what you are feeling and experiencing.
• In return for your courage, I will show you congruence – I will do my very best to be real, open and authentic in our therapeutic relationship.
These are the core conditions developed by Carl Rogers in his therapeutic model - “Person Centred” therapy. Rogers believed that “you” are the expert of “you” and with the right support you can work through whatever is troubling you.
